A parody with an unexpected ending!
That is how we can describe the 5-year court saga that began with the accusations of the homopedophiles from the Bilitis Foundation against Boyan Rasate and activists from the Bulgarian National Union.
Immediately after the deviants cried out that they had been attacked by nationalists and that the furniture in their office had been smashed, not one but as many as 11 foreign ambassadors appeared at the scene, as if on cue, defending the pedophiles!
Naturally, there was no reaction whatsoever from the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, despite the fact that the actions of the foreign diplomats went far beyond their powers as defined by international law.
The hired media also did not delay and began defending the “victimized” pedophiles, who had already been frequent guests in their studios, TV programs and news reports even before the incident in question.
Boyan Rasate was arrested, we paid a considerable sum for him to be released on bail, he was banned from leaving Sofia, he was demonized in the media, and protests were organized against him…
And despite all attempts to influence the course and the outcome of the court case — the involvement of foreign diplomats, false testimony, and a media campaign — after 5 years the court ruled: NOT GUILTY ON ALL CHARGES!
For us, who witnessed this parody and followed the course of the case, it was clear that the verdict had to be acquittal. Our only concern was whether the court would act impartially or allow itself to be pressured into delivering an unjust verdict. It is to the credit of this judicial panel that it made the correct and professional decision.
Boyan Rasate has been acquitted of all charges related to the alleged attack on the LGBT den and the infliction of bodily harm!
