We have sent new aid to the Unmanned Systems Regiment "Kraken 1654".
The regiment, as part of the Third Army Corps, was established in September 2025 through the merger of KRAKEN with the 21st Separate Special Purpose Battalion and the anti-tank battalion of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade.
The commanders of "KRAKEN 1654" are Major Kostiantyn Nemichev and Captain Serhii “Chili” Velychko.
The political and combat path of both men passed through the Revolution of Dignity, the Azov Regiment, and the National Corps party.
In February 2022, the two created the special unit "Kraken" in Kharkiv.
Under their direct command, the unit has conducted special operations in the Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions.
