His name is Iliyan, and he has been with us for over 15 years. You could say, back when he was a pimply teenager in the last years of high school.
Now, he is one of the best chefs in Bulgaria and a master of Bulgarian tripe soup. Soon, Iliyan will also be a happy father.
Her name is Angelina, and she comes from the city of Melitopol, where she lived with her family before the war in Ukraine. Her father was killed on the frontlines, and her mother ended up in the territory occupied by Russian forces. Leaving her hometown was like inviting invaders into her home and forever giving up what was hers... That’s why her mother stayed in the occupied part of Ukraine.
However, Angelina manages to escape in time. She initially settles in Dnipro, but the constant bombings and uncertainty force her to seek refuge in Bulgaria.
Here, she meets Iliyan, and the two get together.
