A new judicial panel has been appointed in the case of the homosexual pedophiles against Boyan Rasate.

Today, another hearing was held in the case that the LGBT foundation “Bilitis” is pursuing against the leader of the BNU, Boyan Rasate.
What is not shocking is that the case has been ongoing for five years. What is shocking is that, quietly and without publicity, the judicial panel is being replaced in an apparent effort to secure a conviction.
The new judicial panel includes Judge Vera Chochkova, who is known not only for her allegedly commissioned rulings, but who also has a personal history involving the defendant Rasate.
Who is she? We will explain.
Around the year 2000, Boyan Rasate and an acquaintance of his became involved in a physical altercation with a group of Roma individuals who made inappropriate remarks toward his girlfriend at the time, who is now his wife.
During the ensuing fight, they were reportedly attacked by around 15 people – men and women, young and old.
In the end, Rasate, his girlfriend, and his companion managed to get away. However, one of the men – described as having a criminal record for violence and kidnapping – filed charges claiming he had been beaten and robbed.
The judge in that case was Vera Chochkova, who convicted them despite the existence of a recording in which the alleged victim was reportedly blackmailing the BNU leader for money in exchange for testimony in court.
In the years following the conviction, Boyan Rasate has publicly and repeatedly accused Chochkova of sentencing innocent people.
Now the same judge, who according to critics convicts the innocent and acquits serial rapists and criminal offenders in other cases, will once again dispense justice?
The motion for recusal filed by Boyan Rasate’s lawyer was denied.
