The Supreme Administrative Court has ruled — the creator and rightful owner of the stylized and officially registered IYI trademark, as recognized by the Patent Office, is Boyan Rasate.
You’ve seen this symbol, haven’t you?
Today, it is known not only in Bulgaria but around the world!
"It wasn’t like that 25 years ago, though, when I created it based on the ancient Bulgarian symbol IYI.
At first, we placed it on our flags, then on our promotional materials, and later on facades across Bulgaria.
Back then, the ignorant crowd saw it as a swastika, and it took years to establish it."
commented Boyan Rasate following the court ruling, which officially confirmed his rights to the symbol.
When this happened, more than one scumbag tried to claim it as their own.
The most harmful and dangerous of them turned out to be those pretending to be us — pretending to be the Bulgarian National Union!
These are the trash who betray their own, who crouch at ATMs to steal other people’s money, who snitch to the police, who sell Russian flags but light torches “for Ukraine”...
These are the parasites who not only try to steal your money and our name — but now even the already popular symbol!
Well, it didn’t work out for them!
The Supreme Administrative Court overturned all previous rulings by the lower courts and declared:
«...they are using someone else’s property, registered with the Patent Office, and they will pay for it.»!
A new criminal case has also been reopened by the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office.
Congratulations, scum!
Zero tolerance for parasites in nationalism!
