Svetoslav perished at the age of 31. He was born in Sofia. He was a nationalist and an ultra fan of Levski Professional Football Club. He was not married and left no children.
He was well-known in the nationalists’ circles because he had fallen in love with their idea as early as when he was a youngster. All who knew him would describe him as a healthy and strong good-wisher. There was neither hypocrisy nor hatred with him. No one who knew him can say anything bad about him...
Svetlyo believed in sublime ideals and just for this he departed in September 2023 for Ukraine to fight as a volunteer there. He was enlisted in the 40
th Separate Shooting Battalion ‘KODAK’ of the Ukrainian armed forces.
At the end of December, SVET was fighting in the first position of the front line near Koupyansk when his troop unit entered an ambush near the village of Sinkovka. After a close-range infantrymen’s battle, he perished together with three Ukrainian warriors.
In Bulgaria, he is mourned by his father, sister and all who knew him! All these who love freedom and detest tyranny bow to his self-sacrifice.
Svetoslav perished, but he did not die because he became a HERO OF TWO PEOPLES!
His name shall be remembered forever in Bulgaria and Ukraine!
